The house comprises of one main bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and a third bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. There is a forth double bed with en-suite bath in the garden cottage as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The entertainment area includes a TV with satellite, CD player and radio and an open fireplace with gas. The entertainment area leads to a large scale covered terrace. There is a second terrace with barbecue area and a table with 8 chairs. The lovely garden with heated saltwater pool offers full privacy because of the fence with walls. A garage and a carport are in front of the house. Cleaning service on request.
The house is situated in a quiet and safe area just a few minutes from the centre of Hermanus. It is just a walking distance to the cliffs and the well known Cliff Path (16km) of Walker Bay and next to the Hermanus Golf Course and last but not least close to the nature reserve with lots of walking paths. Hermanus has many good restaurants and unique small shops. It is 100 km to Cape Town Airport, 45 km to Gansbaai (white shark diving), 500 meters from the best places for land based whale watching and two main beaches.
