The apartment is fully furnished and situated in a security complex with swimming, braai / barbeque, laundry facilities and undercover parking. The apartment is fully equipped with linen, open plan lounge with television, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery and kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower.
The house offers cleaning services every second day. For cleaning services every day including washing of dishes and making of beds, an additional fee of R20 per day will be charged.
