The South African Association for the Physically Disabled has announced the program of events for the 2010 Nedbank National Championships, The Championships take place in Port Elizabeth over six days from 25th to 30th March 2010     

The Championships promise to bring plenty of excitement and fun as disabled athletes from around the country challenge others and, more importantly, themselves to find that inner strength and inherent capabilities to breakthrough their own personal barriers.
