Cape Town - Cape Classic Car Show -Nov 2011
The Cape Classic Car Show will be held on Sunday 6th November 2011. The annual show features over 1000 vintage, veteran, and classic motorcars and motorcycles from famous brand names around the world. This year the Tribute Band will be playing great music from Cliff Richard and the Shadows so there will be a distinct 60's and 70's air of nostalgia at this extremely popular event.
The venue is the Jan Burger Sports Complex, De Grendel Road in Parow.
Directions:
From Cape Town on the N1 to Paarl take exit 18 and turn right across the N1 on Mc Intyre Road. At the first traffic lights after crossing th N1 turn right into de Grendel Road and proceed to the Jan Burger Sports Complex on your left.
From Paarl on the N1 take the Plattekloof /McIntyre Road exit (no18) and turn left at the traffic lights. continue along Mc Intyre to the next lights. Turn right into de Grendel Road and proceed to the Jan Burger Sports Complex on your left.
From Somerset West on the N2 toward Cape Town take the R300 exit to Bellville. Continue on the R300 until it joins the N1. Go left onto the N1 and then follow the directions as for Paarl above
