Hermanus Whale Festival has as one of its highlights, the annual Whales and Wheels Classic Car Show organised by Hermanus Classic Cars.

Virtually all the famous brands of yesteryear will be represented at Whales and Wheels and there is also a tractor and truck section. All this happens on the Saturday 25th September starting at 09:00
There is the annual Hermanus Whale Festival Whales and Wheels parade through Hermanus in a themed display where drivers and passengers are dressed in the fashion of the time their entry was built.
The route will be much as in previous years but is dependant on completion of the last section of road works. If you are in the seafront area near Gearings Point and
There are also plenty of parades of same make vehicles, sports cars, etc
As in the past there is a big display of model cars and crafts in the school hall where you will see the finest collections of Dinky and other valuable collector’s items.
There will be plenty of opportunities to eat and drink at the show at beer and tea gardens and lots of great nostalgic music.
Whales and Wheels is surely one of the best veteran and vintage car shows on the South African calender and is not to be missed.
