Milnerton was founded in 1902; and is named after the British High Commissioner for South Africa, Lord Alfred Milner. This suburb has awe-inspiring views of Table Mountain and surrounds. 

Ratanga Junction – The Western Cape’s biggest theme park. With enthralling rides and lots to do, this park is an ideal family destination. It is not open all year round so check first before travelling out there Tel 086 120 0300. 

Canal Walk – This is the largest shopping mall in the Western Cape as well as the whole of South Africa, it has every shop you could imagine and caters for all tastes. 

Grand West Casino and Entertainment World – The casino is of world-class status, and was created in the style of historic Cape Town. The restaurant section is styled along the old original and historic District Six suburb . 

Besides the casino, this entertainment centre has an Olympic sized ice-rink, putt-putt, cinemas, pubs, clubs, shops, fast food places, restaurants and much more. Vanguard Drive, Goodwood.
