Pat's Place Guest House is filled with a host of memories, of fun, sun, sea, sand, whales, laughter, fireside evenings, family and friends.One of the original Hermanus holiday homes it has belonged to our family for three generations and we have been sharing our much loved home with visitors for the past 20 years.

While the décor and facilities may have changed over the years with a splash of modern style and comfort, the ambience and hospitality is just as it has always been – warm, relaxed, light hearted and friendly.

The guesthouse is conveniently situated a stones throw from the middle of the 12km Cliff Path which is surrounded by fynbos and provides a multitude of whale watching spots. The Hermanus Golf Course, shops,beauty salon and Hermanus Health & Fitness (a gym with sauna and sunbeds) are almost on the doorstep and the village center within easy walking distance.

To top it all we have a glorious private swimming pool set in an indescribably luscious garden where you can absorb the tranquility and champagne air without moving a muscle!We aim to spoil you in uncluttered luxury, so you’ll find accommodation

with comfort, privacy and space.

All rooms are en-suite with the choice of a bath and shower; the beds are extra length with luxurious, crisp white percale cotton linen and fluffy, extra large towels. And then there’s the breakfast!!!Weather permitting, a hearty delicious full English breakfast, using only fresh ingredients from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, is served on the patio under an ancient oak tree where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view (and our famous to-die-for cooking).
