The area surrounding Auberge Rozendal Country Hotel offers plenty of opportunity for golf, hiking, horse riding, fishing and mountain biking The city of Cape Town is also a mere 45 km away.
In the adjoining forest and Jonkershoek Nature Reserve there are walks
and hiking trails available for all levels of fitness. The main Jonkershoek nature reserve is 5 km from our farm. Walks to the waterfall are highly recommended.
There are many classic mountain biking trails in our area. We would be able to arrange the hire of mountain bikes and advise you regarding trails.

From Cape Town International Airport
Take N2 towards Somerset West. Take exit 33 and turn left onto the R310 to Stellenbosch.
At the T-junction turn right and enter Stellenbosch. Go past Distell distilleries on your right, over the rail bridge, then past the train station on your left
After the station left slide into Adam Tas Road, then 2nd traffic light turn right into Merriman Avenue ( See direction sign: Auberge Rozendal )
Continue straight through 3 sets of traffic lights until circle, at the circle continue straight
After the circle approximately 2 km's, turn left into Omega Street (See direction sign: Auberge Rozendal)

From the N1:
Take the Exit for R304 to Stellenbosch (Stellenbosch exit)
At the 4th set of traffic lights turn left into Merriman Avenue
Continue straight through 3 sets of traffic lights until circle
