Villa Vista is a holiday destination which comprises of two, luxury tastefully furnished holiday apartments. Villa Vista is family friendly self catering / B&B apartments with beautiful sea views from the bedrooms, while guests also have peace of mind with secure parking, behind security gates and private entrances to their apartments.
Villa Vista is an ideal breakaway for those that love style, comfort, tranquillity, wine and golf. The reason to come to Villa Vista is to enjoy stunning views from a magnificent garden filled with bird song, to escape the midday heat while sitting under a lapa and enjoy a swim in a large pool.
Apartment 1 is very spacious and comprises of a lounge, fireplace, TV, Mnet, DSTV dining area. A bar doubles-up as a fully equipped kitchenette and leads onto a patio with swimming pool and barbecue facilities. The large family bedroom has a queen bed and on suite bathroom with pure cotton percale sheets. Two good quality twin beds are also in the unit, making it suitable for 4 people. Please note that it is a non-smoking apartment.
Apartment 2 is a smaller unit and comprises of a double bedroom with two twin beds or a king size bed, small sitting area with TV, Mnet and shared DSTV, en suite bathroom as well as fully equipped kitchenette. This also has a patio leading onto swimming pool and gazebo with barbecue facilities. Good quality beds with pure cotton percale sheets. Please note that it is a non-smoking apartment.
The Somerset Mall provides the finest shopping and golf enthusiasts can choose from 5 first class golf courses, the famous Erinvale being only 5 minutes away.
Jake and Elise Niehaus take pride in personally attending to their guests needs. They will gladly share information and advice on attractions. Wine walks, wine tasting and historical walks through Stellenbosch can be arranged.

From the airport, take the Somerset West turn off onto the N2, Then turn off at Exit 43, up to R44. Turn left till the four stop robot at the Lord Charles Hotel. Turn right in the Main Road, Somerset West, until the B P filling station on your left, Turn left in Firmount Road. Drive up till you get a bend at the top. No 47 is the second house on your left after the bend.
