Duck Inn offers B&B accommodation in Richards Bay, in the finest traditions of hospitality and comfort with gracious and attentive service.
Ideally situated in a quiet road in the suburb of Meerensee, Richards Bay, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. We are only 2 kms from the beach and shopping centre, one hour by car to Hluhluwe and Umfolozi Game Reserves and one and a half hours from Durban.
Six guest rooms, all en-suite are attractively decorated. Remote control TV's with DSTV, tea and coffee making facilities, together with air-conditioners and fans are in every room. There are also two self catering cottages in the garden.
Breakfast, each morning you may help yourself to home made muffins or scones and partake in a delicious full breakfast prepared for you to enjoy in the comfort of the conservatory.
Duck Inn is a birders delight with 35 different specious visiting the garden. Plenty of benches or deck chairs, to find the spot in the garden to look for those birds.
The lounge offers the opportunity to relax and get acquainted with your host as well as other guests. Plenty of reading material, TV with DStv and music are available or you can simply enjoy good conversation with new friends in a warm and friendly atmosphere over a glass of Sherry or Port.

Directions:
Turn off the N2 at the Richards Bay offramp and follow the sign boards into the R34 for +- 18 Km going straight without turning off at any of the traffic lights.
Apon entering the suburb of Meerensee you enter into Anglers Rod roadway. As you round the first corner to the left keep to the right side lane and turn right into Crayfish Creek and then into Dageraad. We are the third house on your right.
