Description

Patensie is situated in a citrus producing area on the edge of the Baviaankloof Mega-Reserve (part of the Cape Floral Region world heritage site) and Stinkhoutberg Nature Reserve. The town exists mostly to support the citrus farms surrounding it, but with the stunning views in the valley, proximity to the nature reserves and many game farms, it is also offers a lot of opportunities for tourism.

Aviance Guest House sleeps up to 8 persons in four comfortable bedrooms. Each one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and DSTV. Three of the bedrooms come with double beds.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with twin beds and additionally has its own entrance for privacy and its own kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc.

There is a very large open plan lounge and dining area with a lounge suite guests can luxuriate in. The indoor braai with its merry fire makes for a cosy atmosphere on cool evenings.

As befits Aviance's self catering role, the kitchen is simply enormous with bountiful cupboard and work space and all the appliances you could wish for. If all this fails to tempt you, we can always provide Bed and Breakfast if you prefer.
